The rising and falling melody coupled with the percussion is absolutely blissful in this song. It was bright and sunny on my way to work this morning, and as I commuted through downtown it just set the mood for the whole day. To me, a part of Columbia will always be grunge and Dave Matthews.
We’ve been taking on a lot of freelance, and with my recent acceptance to grad school, we’ve been pretty much balls to the wall with work and commitments. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the rush of purpose and new experience and our little business taking off, but wow when does life ever slow down? I guess it probably could if it wasn’t my own. There are just too many things to do, to experience, to love and to live all in this tiny lifetime. Do you ever feel that way? How do you balance?
