{Black Bean and Expresso Chili via The Kitchen Sink Recipes}
As the days have magically grown a lot shorter over the past week, I’m getting seasonal lust for warm comfort foods and drinks. We still have mutant producing tomatoes so in addition to all the canning, we are always looking for ways to keep the supply to three bowls or less in the fridge. Neil LOVES chili and so far we’ve only made very traditional types of chili, but we’re hoping to try this one out today or tomorrow.
