Definately do it all by hand! When you are making your pasta dough, make a well in the center of the flour and then slowly mix your ingredients with your fingers-best way to do it! Good luck!

I picked them up on Amazon for less than $5 per. What a steal huh? They are very good quality and I can’t wait to try them out. We didn’t get a chance this weekend as we were out enjoying the brief glimpse of spring!
