YumSugar has a post this morning about Rhubarb. I can’t believe I’ve been so out of touch as to have missed such a pretty vegetable all this time. I’m going to pick some up at the grocery store and hopefully make something tonight or tomorrow. We’re heading to Springfield this weekend, so it’s always tricky to plan meals and not leave leftovers into the weekend. It just looks so fun!
