After being spoiled for weeks with near-summer temperatures, the past week has been absolutely dreadful. It feels like winter has returned. I’ve pulled the blankets back out of the closets, but have so far resisted the urge to pull out the slippers I tucked away a few weeks ago. Our neighborhood is a marsh, with trees falling and basements flooding. These boots are adorable and I bookmarked them weeks ago as a “like,” but now I’m afraid they might actually be a more than a “need.” They might be the key to survival as we enter the first week of May. Let’s hope this cold, wet weather is almost over, I have veggies to transplant and poor Clive shivers if his little feet get wet. I want to take him to the park and out for runs, not just short stints to stretch his legs and use nature as a restroom.

I do not miss the wet springs in Missouri- or any other season there for that matter.
Ahhh! I love them! If you buy them, please take a pic and share. 🙂
I own those boots in pink and they are worth every single penny. The ONLY complaint I have is that after a year, the color starts to fade…but they are really rugged…and great for crossing creeks!
Me too. I NEED these boots.
Being a dog owner and avid gardener has almost necessitated some kind of rubber boot purchase. It’s been SO wet this month and I hate dragging my other shoes outside, that this would be lovely!
